Business Buddies LLC offers Verbatim and Clean Verbatim (Non Verbatim) transcription services.
Verbatim transcripts include everything spoken or heard... ums, hmm, all filler words, coughs, sneezes, false starts, repetitions, grammatical errors, EVERYTHING!
Clean Verbatim (Non Verbatim) transcripts does what it says. It cleans things up! In other words, the transcriptionist removes filler words, false starts and repetitions. The transcriptionist can also fix grammar errors, and remove additional sounds or words that do not contribute to underlying meaning.
Business Buddies LLC accepts audio files with CLEAR audio to transcribe.
We DO NOT transcribe files with difficult audio.

Transcription Service Charges Per Video
Investment: Starting at $29 per video.
Charges vary depending on length of video and/or amount of transcript pages needing proofreading and correction.

Turnaround time depends on the length and complexity of your requested project. Generally the turnaround time is 2 to 4 business days. If your project needs additional time to complete, we will talk with you.
All transcripts will be returned to you as digital files.
Business Buddies LLC will email you a PayPal Invoice for service performed for you. Partial payment (50% of service cost) is required before transcription service begins. The remaining 50% service cost balance will be due upon receipt of your project.
If payment is not remitted to Business Buddies LLC within 7 days of the date we send the payment invoice for project completion to you, an additional late fee of $25 will be charged for up to 5 late days. Any late payments after the 5 additional days will be charged the original $25 late fee plus $10 late fee per each late day thereafter.
Business Buddies LLC uses Google Drive to receive your audio files. Please contact us and we will give you further information.

Your audio files and transcripts will be deleted by Business Buddies LLC within 7 days following the completion of your transcript unless otherwise noted in our signed agreement with you. Prior deletion of your file and transcript to the standard 7 days must be in writing in the agreement.
Business Buddies LLC will not share your audio files, transcripts, disclose or discuss any information contained therein with anyone other than the specified person mentioned in writing in our signed agreement with you.
In addition to our standard signed contracts, confidentiality agreements can be provided and signed if needed.
